Layers of differently paced piano sounds build up one over another and it’s extremely difficult to even imagine how hands can fly so easily over the keys. Das Zweitwerk des Dänen funktioniert am besten in den einstimmigen Passagen. Diese sind dafür derart gefühlvoll, dass die Songs insgesamt trotzdem eine beeindruckende Wirkung haben. Seiner Ambition, Musik zu erschaffen, bei der man sich in sehnsüchtiger Nostalgie die großen, existentiellen Fragen stellt, ist Sternlumen also durchaus gerecht geworden. 7/10 - Metal1.info

Jeg hører også en del af trioen [The Necks] pianist John Abrahams i Sternlumens musik. Dog sker der flere skift hos Sternlumen end hos The Necks.
